ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury Foundation has distributed Iftar items among the poor and helpless families ahead of the great Independence Day and the upcoming month of Ramadan.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor distributed Iftar items among 1000 families on behalf of Mohiuddin Chowdhury Foundation in Enayet Bazar area of the city on Saturday.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babor said, "We got independent Bangladesh today because Bangabandhu called for independence." He dreamed of a hunger-free, poverty-free, non-communal Bangladesh. Today, under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, playing a leading role in its implementation. People are standing by people. We have to keep an eye on the upcoming Ramadan so that people can eat good and evil and fast. He appealed to the rich to stand by the helpless in every neighbourhood.
