Moheshkhali, Kutubdia police stations resume activities

Activities of Moheshkhali police station and Kutubdia police station in Cox’s Bazar district were resumed on Monday.

A team of Bangladesh Navy who is on duty in Moheshkhali island visited the police station on Monday noon and spoke with the police personnel. Moreover, activities at Kutubdia police station in the upazila also resumed with the assistance of Bangladesh Navy.

A press release from the media wing of Bangladesh Navy said when the activities of Moheshkhali police station started in the presence of Bangladesh Navy team, local students and people welcomed the members of Bangladesh Navy, Police and Ansar with flowers. They also thanked everyone concerned for resuming the activities of the police stations. Police have resumed their activities for the service of the common people. Locals are relived as the normal activities in the police station started with the help of Bangladesh Navy.

Moreover, Bangladesh Navy is working to provide security and assistance at the police stations of the coastal areas so that the police stations can conduct normal activities. Earlier, people were seen relieved when Bangladesh Navy increased their patrolling in Moheshkhali Upazila. It is mentionable that the Bangladesh Navy will also fulfill their responsibilities to deal with any emergency situation along with police.
