A mobile court fined two companies in Bagerhat's Chitalmari Upazila. Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Executive Magistrate Syeda Faizunnecha gave this fine by raiding at 12 o'clock on Tuesday. At this time, a total of 10,000 taka was collected through 2 cases. They have also been instructed to obey the government orders. Chitalmari Upazila Agriculture Officer Sifat-al-Maruf and Agricultural Extension Officer Alamgir Hossain were present during the operation of the mobile court.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Executive Magistrate Syeda Faizunnesa said that the operation of the mobile court was conducted due to disobedience of government orders. At this time, according to Section 19 of the Agricultural Marketing Act-2018, M/s Sheikh Traders of Chitalmari were fined Tk 5,000 and M/s NS Traders Tk 5,000 through the mobile court.
