The 29thMeeting of theAudit Committee of the Board of Directors of Modhumoti Bank Limited was held on Tuesday with assistance of Zoom technology.
The meeting was presided by Shaikh Salahuddin, MP, Chairman Audit Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Modhumoti Bank Limited.
Among the members of the Board’s Audit Committee, A. Mannan Khan, Mojibul Islam Panna, Advocate Yusuf Hussain Humayun, Shaheduzzaman Choudhury, FCA and Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank were present.
