Popular model, actress is Rafiath Rashid Mithila. She spends her time either in Dhaka or Kolkata. But now she will spend her time in Dhaka. She will be working for her upcoming dramas / telefilm around Eid next year. Mithila has spoken with several directors, including Abu Hayat Mahmud's several plays and Gatam Kari. Mithila will act in their Eid dramas.
Meanwhile, Mithila is finishing work on a short film, web series and drama. Short film titled 'Meow’ directed by Tanim Rahman Anshu. Before that, she has already finished her work on the web series 'Contract' directed by Tanim Noor and Kashnadu Chattapadhyay. For the last two days, she has been working on a play called 'Lovers' directed by Preeti Dutt.
In the upcoming days, Mithila will be working on a play directed by Preity Dutt. Mithila said that before this, she was acting in a web series called 'Ekattar' for director by Tanim Noor.
Regarding working in films, web series and dramas, Mithila said, ‘Now I have to stay in Dhaka for a while. Because, I’ll be doing something on the evening of Eid. I will to do everything. In web series ‘Contract’, I will be seen playing a role of politician. I have never played this kind of character before. Tanim Noor and Krishnendu are doing as much as they can.
I am playing the role of a pregnant mother in the short film under the direction of Anshu. I have always loved Anshu's work. And this is the first time I’ll working with Preeti Dutt. Since the number of female directors is less in our country, I also want to work under Preeti’s direction. I loved some of the work she has done with YouTube. I believe that Preeti will continue to do good as well in future.”
But now she is working from home. That is because she is staying either in Kolkata or Dhaka. She is also doing her PhD in ‘Early Childhood Education’ from ‘University of Janava’.
