‘Mission Extreme’ unveils first poster

Mission Extreme, directed by Sunny Sanwar and Faisal Ahmed, is one of the most popular films of this year. The filming was concluded a while back. 

Now the film is set to be released. The directors have announced that the film will be released in the upcoming Eid ul Fitr. 

The director duo stated this at a press conference at BFDC on Saturday. The first poster for the film was also unveiled.

Md Shafiqul Islam, BPM (Bar) Police Commissioner, Dhaka Metropolitan Police was present as chief guest. Monirul Islam, BPM (Bar) PPM (Bar) Additional Commissioner, Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime presided over the event. 

Sunny Sanwar said, “We filmed for Mission Extreme’ in Dhaka, Gazipur, Savar and Dubai. We wanted to release the movie at the end of this year. But our editing team is taking a lot of time to properly complete the work. That’s why we are releasing it next Eid ul Fitr. We hope it will be the biggest hit of the year.”

Sayed Hasan Eman, Arefin Shuvo, Jannatul Ferdous Oishee , Taskin Rahman, Bangladesh Film Reporter’s Association President Falguni Hamid, Bangladesh Film Director’s Association President Mushfiqur Rahim Gulzar, Producer’s Association President Khorshed Alan Khasru and many others were present on the occasion. 

The film’s lead actor Arefin Shuvo said, “The journey of the film was very long. In my short career, this is the first time I spent such a long time on one film. I had to go through the hardest physical and mental struggle to do this film. That’s why I have a lot of attachment and expectations from this film. I hope everyone will love the film.”

Oishee said, “Mission Extreme is my first film. I don’t know much about cinema. Everyone who worked on this film is very experienced, except for me. I tried to work without making mistakes and everyone in the team supported me as a new artiste. I learned a lot as well. I tried to give my best performance for the audience. I believe everyone will enjoy the film.”

After the first police action thriller cinema Dhaka Attack, this is the second cinema from the same team. The filming for the movie started on March 20 of this year. 

The star-studded film features Arefin Shuvo, Oishee, Sadia Nabila as well as Taskin Ahmed, Shotabdi Wadud, Hasan Imam, Sumit Sengupta, Majnun Mizan, Manoj Pramanik, Sayed Aref, Haidar Ali, Sudip, Imran Saodagar, Dipu Imam, etc. Severa members of the police force also directly worked in the film.
