Mimi Chakraborty, a famous Indian actress, shared that she decided to act in her first Bangladeshi film, "Toofan", because of a song. The song, "Laage Ura Dhura", directed by Raihan Rafi and featuring Shakib Khan and Mimi, is very popular. It is now number four on the YouTube Charts Global Weekly Top Songs.

SVF, the film's production company, said that "Laage Ura Dhura" is a big success in Bengali music. Mimi said, "I wasn't sure about doing the film until I heard the song. The director said it would be a hit, and he was right. Shooting the song was fun. I enjoyed dancing and dressing up."

The song, written by Rasel Mahmud and Shorif Uddin, and sung by Pritom Hasan and Debosrie Antara, has over 86 million views on YouTube. It has also inspired over 550,000 reels. The music was arranged by Pritom Hasan and Rajjak Dewan. The chorus comes from Dewan's famous song "Morar Kokiley," sung by legends like Momtaz and Baby Naznin.

Released during Eid-ul-Azha, "Toofan" is a big hit in Bangladesh and is becoming popular in India. The film also stars Masuma Rahman Nabila, Chanchal Chowdhury, Misha Sawdagar, and Salahuddin Luvlu.

Mimi Chakraborty visited Kalighat to pray for the film's success, and Shakib Khan went to Kolkata for promotions. This shows the strong connection between the two Bengals. "Toofan" is playing in over 100 theatres in Bangladesh, like Star Cineplex and Blockbuster Cinemas.

Chorki, the film's digital partner, celebrated the success of "Laage Ura Dhura" on Facebook, calling it a record-breaking milestone for Bengali music.
