The main campus of the institution is located at Uttara Model Town of the capital. The green campus of the college covers a huge area of 20 bighas of land, it is a favourite campus for students of Dhaka and across the country.
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, Ministry of Education adjudged this college as one of the best educational institutes of Dhaka Board in 2008.
Analysing recent results of the institute, it was found that Milestone College archived 100% pass rate and improved their result in HSC exam in comparison with their result in SSC exam. An analysis of recent results (Bangla and English versions) from Milestone College showed that the pass rate in each exam was 100%.
In 2019, a total of 2211 students (Bangla Medium and English Version) took part in the HSC examination. The pass rate was 100 % and a total 853 students archived GPA-5. The college achieved 10th place in HSC in 2009 and 7th place in 2014.
This year, a total of 1381 students took part in SSC examination from this college and success rate is 100%, while 935 students got GPA-5. On the other hand, Milestone College achieved 5th place in SSC in 2009, 10th place in 2013 and 4th place in 2014.
Milestone College has 612 experienced and skilled teachers and officers. Those who have 6 retired defence officers, 5 retired Professors from cadet colleges, 2 retired principals from gov’t colleges; 5 associate professors, 50 assistant professors and the rest are all lecturers working in this college. About 1500 students are in the hostel.
