Mezbauddin Md. Jibon Chowdhury, Chairman of Exploriana Bangladesh Limited and Managing Director of Taxsense Limited, has been named the advisor of the Bangladesh Tourism Explorer's Association (BTEA).
The BTEA Chairman, Shahidul Islam Sagar, confirmed it by issuing a letter on Tuesday.
BTEA was established in 2019 with the primary goals of fostering the growth of tourism in Bangladesh and promoting Bangladeshi tourism-related goods abroad.
A businessman turned politician, Md. Jibon Chowdhury is also the managing director and chief executive officer of Ahkam and Associates Business Limited. He serves as an advisor to The Daily Agnishikha, Super Tea, a Synthiya Group affiliate, and the Bissho Sobuj Aundolon Foundation.
The members of the advisory council of "BTEA" graciously welcomed Md. Jibon Chowdhury to join the team in order to make the operations of "BTEA" more dynamic and effective and advance the tourism sector of Bangladesh.
