Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Thursday predicted mainly dry weather over the country, reports BSS.
“Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country…light fog may occur at places over the country during early morning”, a BMD bulletin issued here on Thursday. The night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, added the bulletin. As an outlook for the next 72 hours, met office predicted that the night temperature might fall.
Country’s highest temperature on Sunday was recorded 32.8 degree Celsius at Teknaf under Chattogram division and Thursday’s minimum temperature 117.5 degree Celsius at Tetulia under Rangpur division.
However, no rainfall was traced in the last 24 hours till 6am on Thursday. The sun sets on Thursday at 05.13 pm and rises at 06.13 am on Friday in the capital.
