Mercantile Bank recently organised a workshop titled “Cyber Security Awareness for Senior Management along with the divisional, departmental and unit heads of Head Office” at its training institute in Dhaka. Md. Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, inaugurated the workshop and delivered his speech emphasizing on the cyber security awareness.
He advised the executives to remain alert and keep safe the sensitive information and data by acquiring various security measures. Mati Ul Hasan, Additional Managing Director & Chief Risk Officer also spoke on the occasion. A.K.M. Atiqur Rahman, SEVP & CTO of the bank, Resource Persons from Bangladesh Bank and Grameenphone conducted the workshop while Javed Tariq, Principal of MBTI was the moderator.
