The 25th Annual General Meeting of Meghna Life Insurance Co. Ltd. was held on Wednesday on virtual platform.
The Meeting was by Nasir Uddin Ahmed Pavel, Vice Chairman of the company presided over the meeting while among the Director Riaz Uddin Ahamed, ANM Fazlul Karim Munshi, Moin Uddin, Dilruba Sharmin, Sharmin Nasir, Sabita Ferdaushi, Mohammad Ahsan Ibne Kabir and N.C. Rudra, CEO were present on the occasion.
The AGM approved 25% dividend (15% Cash & 10% Stock) for the year 2021.
The Shareholders spoke on the occasion and expressed their satisfaction about the business performance of the Company during 2021.
They also thanked the Management for giving satisfactory dividend for the year 2021.
