Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Railways ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury said that the Cultural Park is working to create skilled workers, the manpower trained from here will bring benefits to the country.
He was the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed Meditation Center at Vaidyapara Cultural Park, West Gujra Union, Raozan on Tuesday.
The founder of the cultural park Nantu Barua delivered the welcome address while Lion Lokpriya Barua presided over the function. Convener of the festival celebration council Mofizul Haque and principal of the cultural park Joydev Kar was also there.
Special guests were Raozan Upazila Chairman AKM Ehesanul Haider Chowdhury Babul, Raozan Municipality Mayor Jamir Uddin Parvez, Raozan Upazila Awami League Secretary for Forest and Environment and West Gujra UP Chairman Lion Sahabuddin Arif, Organizing Secretary Councilor Jane Alam Jani, Councilor Awami League Chowdhury Anshuman Barua, Jagadish Barua, Abdul Malek Member, Riton Member etc. In the afternoon, Krishna Das and Sakshar Shuvo performed music in a pleasant cultural program.
At the beginning of the program, ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury cut the ribbon and inaugurated the meditation center.
