Abdur Razzak has been deprived of selectors in his cricket career as a player. This time he is going to sit in that position as being the third selector of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). Former Bangladesh captain Mashrafee Mortaza has congratulated the left-arm spinner on holding this important role.

Razzak and Mashrafe are good friends since they played in the Bangladesh team together for a long time. Mashrafe posted on Facebook that Razzak has been showing left-handed magic with the ball for so long and now he is waiting to see the magic of his intellect. The decision to add Razzak to the selection panel was finalized at the BCB’s online board meeting last Wednesday.

“Everyone has seen the magic of the hand will now see your brain, about which I never had any doubts. I have spoken to you in many tough situations and I am stating that you will be victorious Inn sha Allah. I would like to thank the Cricket Board for giving due respect to the man (GOAT).”

Mashrafe is delighted that Razzaq has the opportunity to apply his cricket knowledge.

“Khan Abdur Razzak (Raj), wishing you a little late. Maybe many people like me are happy with your achievement but the thing why I am happy is the opportunity to show you how deeply you understand cricket. I know you will give your best, and will be successful.”
