Crime Prevention Company (CPC)-3 of RAB-4 in a drive on Friday night arrested a middle aged man along with Yaba tablets from Diyara Vabanipur village area in Sadar upazila of Manikganj district.
The arrested was identified as Md. Duyat Ali, 55, son of late Tojimuddin of village Diyara Vabanipur in Sadar upazila of Manikganj district.
Senior ASP and Company Commander in Crime prevention Company 3 of RAB-4, Unu Mong said acting on a tip-off, a team of the RAB personnela drive at about 10.40 pm on Friday night and arrested him, while he was selling the tablets in the locality. After searching his body RAB seized 60 pieces of sex stimulating Yaba tablets from his possession.
The arrested Duyat Ali belong to seller of sex stimulating Yaba tablets and Hemp, which is being used as aduction itemes and they had been selling and using those for a long time, the CO added.
The RAB recorded a case with Sadar police station In this regard.
