The body of a man was recovered from Tambru along the Bangladesh-Myanmar border in Naikhongchhari Upazila of Bandarban on Tuesday night, report agencies.
Police recovered the body lying 500 yards inside the zero point with the help of Border Guard Bangladesh, said Anwar Hossain, Officer-In-Charge (OC) of Naikhongchhari Police Station.
The body was taken to Ghumdum Police Camp.
OC Hossain said they suspected that the man might have been killed in a mine explosion a day or two ago.
