A man was crushed under a train on Dhaka-Benapole route on Monday morning.
Benapole station Master Saiduzzaman said that the accident happened at 11.00 am when a Benapole bound train reached Shyamolgasi area in Benapole, an unknown youth jumped under the train and died instantly. The victim could not be identified immediately.
Local people said that the youth might commit suicide.
The deceased was sent to the morgue for autopsy.
