Today is the birthday of National Film Award winning actress Zakia Bari Mamo. She has no special plans today on the occasion. But, today she will not be getting encircled by lights, cameras and action. She wants to spend her birthday in her own way. Mamo will spend the entire day with her mother and only son, Udvash.
She was able to become who she is today because her mother gave birth to her. That is why she will be meeting her mother at a certain time in the day. She will also try to spend some quality time with her only son, Udvash.
About this, Mamo said, “My birthday will be like every other normal day. But this is my day to be alone. During the day, I try to spend time with myself. I particularly enjoy spending time with my mom and my child. Those moments are special for my birthday. If Allah wants then today too I will spend a similar day.”
Until yesterday Mamo was busy shooting for the drama ‘Katan Sari’ under the direction of Sardar Rokon which will be aired on RTV on December 27 at 8pm. Her co-star this time was artiste Sarkar Apu, Jovan and others.
Mamo has already finished the work of ‘Agamikal’ film under the direction of Anjan Aich. According to Mamo, she is optimistic about the movie. The latest released movie starring Mamo is Raihan Rafi’s ‘Dahan’. However, she was widely praised for her unique performance in Arun Chowdhury’s ‘Altabanu’ film.
