Magura Zila Parishad makes hand sanitiser

Magura Zila Parishad is producing hand sanitiser liquid to prevent coronavirus. At least three thousand and five hundred bottles of hand sanitisers were produced on their own initiatives till Sunday, said Pankoj Kumer Kundu, Chairman of  Magura Zila Parishad. 

The production is being distributed to the grass root people of the district including  workers of the health department and the volunteers. Talking about this on Sunday, Pankaj Kumar Kundu said, it is an alcoholic sanitizer which is very effective in preventing Corona. It is being manufactured in the laboratory of Magura Government H.S.S College. 

It's raw materials is brought from  Keru & Co Company of Chuadanga. Students, teachers, the chemistry department of Magura H.S.S Gov’t college and members of the young Red Crescent are fully cooperating in this work. Ashraful Alam, Deputy Commissioner of Magura is conducting the entire activities including the original source. 

Anisur Rahman Khokon, chairman of the Zila Parishad panel is coordinating the activities. Pankaj Kundu also said that they would produce  sanitizers as per the demand of the district as  raw material permit to produce. The price of this kind of sanitizer bottle in the market is Tk 70 to 80.
