Eminent Banker M. Azizul Huq has been unanimously elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Ltd.
The election was held during the 1200th Board Meeting of the bank in Dhaka, said a press release.
M. Azizul Huq obtained MA degree in Economics from the Dhaka University. He has long 62 years’ experience in banking career. He started his banking career in 1958 as a probationary officer with Habib Bank Ltd, Pakistan.
Huq had the rare opportunity of working successively as founder CEO of Islami Bank BD Ltd, Social Investment Bank Ltd and Islamic Finance and Investment Ltd
