ORIENTAL CRISPY LAMB: Loved the way they cooked it. At first it didn’t taste like lamb and I thought it was beef. The lamb was crispy, had the bbq flavour. The dish a little bit sweet.

GENERAL TAO'S FAVOURITE CHICKEN: It was Chinese legend General Tso's favourite. They made it exactly the same way he had it thousands of years ago. Thickening that sauce with a little cornstarch made it better. Compared to General Tso's, orange chicken usually has a lighter-colored sweet, sour, savory glaze. It is spicy-hot because dried red chilies are used heavily in this dish.
