A syndication loan agreement of Tk 300 crore was signed between Meghna Bank Limited and UDDIPAN recently. The agreement was signed bySohail RK Hossain, Managing Director and CEO of the bank andBidyut Kumar Basu, Executive Director and CEO of UDDIPAN.
KimiwaSaddat, Meghna bank’s SEVP and Head of Corporate Banking, Shah AlamMizi, Senior Assistant Director (Finance and Accounts) of UDDIPAN,Shyama Sarkar, Assistant Director and Head of Department (Communication, Publication and Research) and Anup Kumar Roy, Manager (Finance and Accounts) were present during the ceremony titled “Launching of Information Memorandum”.
