Letter to Bangabandhu

Dhaka University Cultural Society (DUCS) has arranged a competition titled "Dear Bangabandhu 2021" on writing letter to the greatest Bangali, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Competitor can write their feeling, aspiration, hope, love, anger and complain to Bangabandhu. 

DUCS president HillolShekarSamaddar said, "Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman planted colorful flowers of liberation on the subjugated soil. He is of all ages, of all generations. After half a century of independence, we want to present Bangabandhu to the new generation. I want to know what the new generation is thinking about the father of the nation, what hope this generation would have for him if the father of the nation was alive. I would like to remind the new generation that Bangabandhu and Bangladesh are synonymous. And we are organizing the program remind it.” 

Anyone can participate in this competition. Considering covid-19 situation, this 5th competition installed through online. The competitor can send their written within 17 august through DUCS gmail address "[email protected]" . The society helps to publish selected written to newspaper and journals.

Letter must be written in maximum 1500 words in Bengali language.  At the end of writing, competitors have to mention name, address, occupation, organization, phone number. In that competition there are attractive prizes for five candidates from junior group and five other from senior group for a total of ten.
