Krishi Bank Retired Officers Welfare Association pays tribute to Bangabandhu

Leaders of Krishi Bank Retired Officers Welfare Association paid tribute at the tomb of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Tungipara, Gopalganj.

On Saturday, they, reached Tungipara, the newly elected president of the association Bir Muktijoddha Md. Fosiar Rahman, executive president Bir Muktijoddha Md. Joynal Abedin and general secretary. Rezaul Haque along with all the leaders and members of the association offered floral tributes at the altar of Bangabandhu Samadhisoudh. Later, after reciting the holy Fateha and Darood, they all prayed for the forgiveness of the souls of Bangabandhu and all the martyrs who died in his family, wishing the good health and long life of Bangabandhu's privileged daughter, the Honorable Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina.

At this time, Vice President of Krishi Bank Retired Officers Welfare Association Syed Sirajul Islam, Md. Mahtab Ali Rashedi, Md. Alamgir Azad, KM Siddiquiz Zaman, Mizanul Islam, Md. About three hundred members from all districts of the country were present including Golam Jilani.

Later in the afternoon, Bir Muktijoddha, president of the association, went to McDonald's Chinese restaurant in Gopalganj. A discussion meeting was held under the chairmanship of Fossiar Rahman.

 Vice President Md. General Secretary of Krishi Bank Bangabandhu Parishad Aminul Bahar, Vice President of Central Committee Mahtab Ali Rashedi, Syed Sirajul Islam, General Secretary Md. Rezaul Haque, Executive President Bir Muktijoddha Md. Joynal Abedin and others spoke at the meeting moderated by Mizanul Islam. During this time, the speakers spoke about the success of the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's dream of building Sonar Bangla, his privileged daughter, the leadership of the Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the benefits of realizing the Padma Bridge.
