Music director Ahmed Kislu has directed the melody and music of three new songs of Gazi Mazharul Anwar, the legendary lyricist of the subcontinent.
Monir Khan, Nancy and Dithi Anwar have given voices in the songs. The songs will be released in audio-video in January next year under the banner of Dali, a traditional production company. Apart from these three songs, Ahmed Kislu is working on another duet of Gazi Mazharul Anwar for singers Asif Akbar and Dithi Anwar. This month, they have signed up for two new films.
He is also singing with new artistes. Regarding the current busyness and new songs, Ahmed Kislu said, “Singing in the words of Gazi Mazharul Anwar, a genius in the world of music, is a different kind of joy. The lyrics of his song rock the hearts of the listeners in a different way. I hope the listeners will like the songs. Thank God in the time of coronavirus, I am still working and in good health. There is a desire to appear in front of the audience with more new songs in the future.”
