A 21-member committee of Kishoreganj District Reporters’ Association was formed a meeting at its office recently. Advisor of the association ABM Lutfar Rashid Rana presided over the meeting.
Daily Jai Jai Din’s District Correspondent Md Ashraf Ali and Daily Bangladesh Post’s District Correspondent Sajan Ahammed Papon were made president and general secretary of the committee respectively, while Daily Dhaka Protidin’s District Correspondent Rajibul Haque Siddique was made organising secretary.
The other officer bearers of the committee are vice presidents Humayun Kabir and Ali Reza Suman and assistant general secretary Abdur Rob.
A three-member advisory council was also formed. The members are: Ruhul Quddus Salim, ABM Lutfar Rashid Rana and Saiful Haque Mollah Dulu.
Meanwhile, members of the new committee met with Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Kishoreganj Md Sarwar Murshed Chowdhury and handed over the list of executive committee and advisory committee.
