Noakhali district’s kindergartens have been closed for the past few months due to the coronavirus crisis. The teachers, officers and employees of these kindergartens are spending their days in misery as they are deprived of their income.

In such a situation, they have demanded financial grants and easy bank loans for the teachers, officers and employees of the kindergarten.

The demand was made at a human chain rally organised by the district branch of Bangladesh Kindergarten Association at 11:30 am on the road in front of Noakhali Press Club on Wednesday.

At the time, the speakers sought the Prime Minister's intervention in providing financial assistance and bank loans on easy terms.

Hundreds of teachers, officials, employees and founders from different parts of the district participated in the half-hour long human chain rally.

Md. Riaz Uddin, District President of the organization, Golam Farooq, General Secretary and Mr. Farooq Ahmed, General Secretary of Noakhali South handed over the memorandum to the Prime Minister through the Deputy Commissioner.
