Bangladesh Shishu Academy Khulna District Office has organised a drawing and poetry recitation competition on the occasion of National Mourning Day marking the 45th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Pictures of the painting competition have to be submitted from home to the office of Khulna Shishu Academy by 12 noon on August 12. The poetry recitation competition will be held at 10:30 am on August 13 at Khulna Shishu Academy while maintaining social and physical distance.
The drawing competition will be open to students from three categories. Students from Play to Class 2 in category A, students from Class 3 to 5 in category B and and students from Class 6 to 10 will compete in category C respectively.
In the poetry recitation competition, students from Class 1 to 5 will compete in category A and students from Class 6 to 10 in category B.
Both the drawing and poetry recitation competition will be held on the topics that are related to Bangabandhu.
A contestant cannot participate in more than one competition. Prizes will be distributed among the winners in the morning of August 15 at Khulna Deputy Commissioner's conference room
