The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of stock market listed KDS Accessories Limited was held virtually.
The meeting approved a maximum of 16 percent post-IPO cash dividend for the previous financial year and audited financial statements of the company as on June 31, 2022, appointment of directors and appointment of auditors for the next year.
Chairman of the company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting held on Thursday afternoon.
Company Managing Director Salim Rahman, Director Tahsina Rahman, Independent Director Professor Sarwar Jahan, Representative Director Kamrul Hasan Siddiqui, Auditor Representative, Independent Scrutinizer along with CEO Debashish Das Pal, CFO Biplab Kanti Banik and Company Secretary Manjur Khoda were present.
The chairman of the company started the proceedings of the annual general meeting with a welcome address to the shareholders.
The managing director of the company outlined the future action plan.
