The 32nd Annual General Meeting of KDS Accessories Limited was held on a virtual platform on Thursday which declared 10% cash dividend for the last financial year
This meeting held under the chairmanship of the Company's Chairman Khalilur Rahman, Representative Director Kamrul Hasan Siddiqui FCA, Independent Director Professor Sarwar Jahan, Auditor Representative, Independent scrutinizer and Chief Executive Officer of the company Debashish Daspaul, CFO Biplab Kanti Banik FCA and company secretary Mohammad Elias were present.
The shareholders also attended the meeting through virtual platform.
Chairman of the company congratulated all the shareholders for their presence on the virtual platform. He thanked all the stakeholders of the company for their cooperation on the occasion of the company's 32nd anniversary this year.
He expressed optimism that KDS Accessories Limited will be able to achieve better results in the future
with the full cooperation of shareholders. The meeting also approved 10% cash dividend for the previous financial year and audited financial statements of the company as on 30th June 2023, appointment of managing director, director and auditor for the next year.
Finally, the honorable CEO of the company Debashish Daspaul announced the end of the meeting with the future action plan and thanks.
