The 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Capital Markets Listed KDS Accessories Limited was held virtually in the presence of a significant number of shareholders on Thursday.
Managing Director Selim Rahman, Director Tahsina Rahman, Independent Director Mohammad Jamal Uddin, Director Kamrul Hasan FCA, CEO Debashish Das Paul, CFO BiplobKantiBanik FCA and Company Secretary ManjuraKhoda were present at the meeting.
At the time, the Chairman of the company expressed the hope that KDS Accessories Limited would be able to do better in the future with the full cooperation of the shareholders.
The meeting approved a total of 15 percent dividend including 7.50 percent cash and 7.50 percent stock dividend for the last fiscal year and other matters including audited financial statements of the company as on June 30, 2020, appointment of directors and appointment of auditors for the following year.
