Katrina Kaif has been very vocal about the right to education and has often emphasised  the need for increased access to quality education. Extending support to a school in Tamil Nadu, the actress posted a video of a school being built by her mother and her charity.

“So proud to present to you all the school built from the ground up by my mom and her charity. Since 2015, Mountain View School in Madurai has actively been working to provide quality English-medium education to lesser privileged children. They currently teach two hundred students, have classrooms upto grade four and need to add 14 more.”

Urging her followers to extend support to the educational institution, Katrina added, “Let us do our bit so that more and more children can fulfil their dreams. Considering the tough times we are in, it is even more important to be there for one another.”

On the work front, Katrina has started the prep for her next film ‘Phone Bhoot’. She will share the frame with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter in this quirky horror-comedy. Apart from ‘Phone Bhoot’, Katrina Kaif also has a super hero movie with Ali Abbas Zafar.    —Times Of India
