Karmasangsthan bank introduced Bangabandhu Jubo Rin (Bangabandhu Youth Credit), a loan program for the trained unemployed youthto observe the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Under this program, massive initiatives have been taken to create employment opportunities by disbursing loans among 2 (two) lakh trained unemployed youth.
As a part of its implementation , Manikganj branch of the bank disbursed cheque of "Bangabandhu Youth Credit" among trained youth on Monday.
Additional secretary of Financial Institutions Division, Zakia Sultana was present as chief guest while Joint Secretary& Director of the BankQuamrun Naher Siddiqua was present as special guest.
Managing Director of the Bank Md. Tajul Islam presided over the meeting.Md. Abdul Mannan, Deputy Managing Director, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Md. Moniruzzaman also spoke on the occasion.
