Kalipur-Manik Pathan link road is a important road.  LGED provided allocation for the road with the sole efforts of the local parliament member Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury when this road was left unrenovated for a long time and became dilapidated.

In view of this, Mohammad Jahangir, Vice President of Upazila Awami League and President of Katharia Bagmara High School Managing Committee visited the road on Wednesday afternoon.

He said, "Thousands of people and vehicles travel through this important road every day.  But since the road has been dilapidated for a long time, LGED has allotted Tk 5 crore for the renovation of this road.  The road renovation work will be inaugurated very soon.

"The current government is a development-friendly government."  A large amount of development activities have been conducted throughout the country during the tenure of this government.  The dream of the father of the nation was to make this country a prosperous state.

His Excellency Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's government is working tirelessly to realize that dream of the father of the nation.  Therefore, he called on the Awami League government to win by voting again to continue this trend of development.

After inspecting the road reform, he visited the local Banshkhali Azizia Madrasa.  At that time, he assured to construct a culvert on the road for traveling to the madrasa and to provide 56 fans.
