Chief Executive Officer Engineer Md. Hafizur Rahman of Joy Express said that, “At present online buying and selling has increased drastically. But they are turning away from e-commerce as the product is not delivered to the customer within the stipulated. We are constantly working to solve this problem”.
“Currently we are delivering in Dhaka for only Tk 50. With our own manpower we delivered to the customer's home within 24 hours after booking. Following the product delivery, the merchant immediately get cash of his product through bank, cash and bKash account,” Rahman added.
