Jagannath University (JnU is now accepting applications for its MPhil and PhD programs for the 2024-25 academic year. Interested candidates can apply by collecting and submitting the prescribed forms by July 11.

Completed application forms should include a research proposal, curriculum vitae, certificates and mark sheets from all previous examinations, and three color photographs. These documents can be submitted to the office of the director or the departmental chairman from 8 am to 4 pm.
Candidates who are employed must also provide a permission letter from their employer. Those accepted into the MPhil program and employed outside Jagannath University must take a compulsory leave of at least one year before starting the program.
Jagannath University teachers wishing to join the MPhil or PhD programs must take a leave of at least one year for the MPhil program and two years for the PhD program.
