Jhenaidah Sadar UZ land office locked down

Jheniah district administration has locked down the office of the assistant commissioner (land) in Jhenidah Sadar upazila when four employees of the office tested corona virus positive. The order was effect from Wednesday which disclosed the office head on Thursday.

Assistant commissioner (AC land) in Jhenidah Sadar KHan Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun said nazir of his Joynal Hossain, surveyor Nazrul Islam, cleaner Ratna Khatun and office assistant Jahura Khatun were tested corona virus positive. The district administration had locked down the office for an indefinite time until and unless the situation is normal.

AC Land informed another 13 employees of his office will be examined whether they were infected by the global havoc or not. The infected covid 19 office employees were leading life in their respective home in quarantine.

Corona Virus spokesman of the office of the civil surgeon in Jhenidah Dr. Prasenjit Biswas Partha said the number of corona virus infected persons toll to 157 including seven new seven of Thursday. Of them 13 were undergoing treatment and 64 left the quarantine when they were free from the deadly diseases. He had posted the information on his face book wall. Partha said.
