A disabled adolescent in rural village of Shailkupa upazia in Jhenidah died of corona virus symptom at Jhenaidah Sdar hospital on Saturday night. Upazila health and family planning officer (UHFPO) of Shailkupa admitted the death. The deceased was identified as S$hipon Hossain, 14, of Chargolaknagar village.
Family sources said he was rushed to Jhenidahg Sadar hospital with fever, cough and cold on Saturday afternoon. He died there when he was undergoing treatment there. Shailkupa UHFPO Dr. Rashed Al Maumn said they had collected samples of the boy and sent for testing at the concern laboratory whether he was affected with covid 19 or not.
