Narayanganj-2 MP Nazrul Islam Babu inaugurated the relocated Gopaldi Bazar branch of Janata Bank in a ceremony on Monday as the chief guest.
MD & CEO of the Bank Md Abdus Salam Azad and Director KM Shamsul Alam were present as special guests and DMD Md Asaduzzaman was the guest of honor.
The event was presided over by GM Mohammad Saiful Islam, Divisional Office, Dhaka South, and was attended by other executives, officers of the bank, business leaders and local customers. Later in a customer rally, Md Abdus Salam, MD and CEO of the bank, said that for the convenience of the customers, ATM booths will be set up along with the development of banking service standards and a new branch of the bank will be opened in Narayanganj.
