Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BBPL) is going to be inaugurated on December 8th with a festive programme. And interest has already been created among the public regarding the performers of the show.
Star singer James and folk musician Momtaz will be seen performing at the inaugural event will be staged by internationally renowned. India's Sonu Nigam and Kailash Kher will also sing their pieces at the opening ceremony. But this year, Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will be one of the highlights of the inaugural event.
BBPL governing council chairman Sheikh Sohail confirmed the information on Tuesday.
The gate will be opened to visitors on December 8 from 3 pm. The ceremony will start at 5pm. The gate will be closed at 5:30pm. Tickets will go on sale on December 5,6 and 7. Ticket prices will be kept from Tk 300 to Tk 1,000.
This year Bangabandhu’s birth centenary will be celebrated across Bangladesh. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will announce the inauguration of BBPL on December 8. And that's why a special stage is being created. For the past few days, the activity around Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla Stadium has increased for the construction of the stage. At the same time, renovations are underway in the galleries.
