A seminar titled 'Land management for eliminating unemployment' was held at Islamic University in Kushtia on Sunday.
IU Al-Hadith and Islamic Studies department organised the seminar at the conference room of the university's Theology faculty at noon.
IU Theology Faculty dean Prof M Solaiman addressed the seminar as the chief guest while Prof Syed Maksudur Rahman of IU Al-Hadith and Islamic Studies department was a special guest at the event held with department Chairman Prof M Ashraful Alam in the chair. Shafikul Islam, a PhD fellow of the department, presented the article under the supervision of Prof Syed Maksudur Rahman.
Around 100 teachers and officials took part in the seminar.
