According to a notice issued by BGD e-GOV CIRT, recently there have been signs of such malware in some individuals and organizations. Therefore, this organization working on the cyber security of the government has requested to be careful and follow the necessary instructions.

In the statistics of the risk of data theft through malware attacks in Bangladesh recently, CIRT said that 6521 attacks of five malware have been identified since last October.

The report identifies five dangerous malware that attack cyber infrastructure.

Organizations are also likely to be affected by this malware through individual infection. In recent times, there have been indications that multiple individuals and institutions have been affected by this type of malware infection. To mitigate the risk of malware attacks, individuals and organizations are advised to avoid clicking on suspicious links and to exercise caution when dealing with email attachments from unknown senders.

The request has been made to take appropriate action by following the directions mentioned in the detailed report published on the website of BGD e-Gov Cert in this regard.
