Dr Abdur Rob, coordinator of isolation unit of Chittagong General Hospital, has been infected with the deadly coronavirus.
Consultant of the hospital Dr Golam Mostafa Jamal confirmed the matter on Sunday.
He said that Dr Abdur Rob's corona came positive in the sample test report on Saturday. His physical condition is stable.
A few days ago, his wife Dr Firoza Meher was attacked by Corona. They are currently being treated at Delta Health Care. But the two boys are fine.
Incidentally, the first corona attack was detected in Chittagong on April 3. Since then Chittagong General Hospital Corona treatment started.
