Acting officer-in-charge (OC) Arvind Sarkar of the Ishwardi police station of Pabna district has been nominated as the best officer-in-charge among all the police stations in the district for his special contribution to maintaining law and order.
Pabna Police Super Akber Ali Munsi presented the award to the Arvind Sarkar at a monthly welfare meeting at Police Super office there on Sunday.
He also distributed crest and awards to other police officials of the district for their special contribution to maintain law and order there.
Officers in charge (OCs) of all police stations in the district were present at the meeting.
