Personnel of Ishwardi PoliceStation inPabna chalked out different programson March 21 at to create awareness among the people of the upazila to prevent themselves from the second phase of COVID-19. Various programs including masks distribution were arranged in different areas of Ishwardi Upazila.
Additional Police Super FirozKabir led the program of mask distribution in Rail Gate area, Central Market area of the Upazila. Masks were distributed among pedestrians and local businessmen at the time.
Ishwardi Municipality Mayor Ishak Ali Malitha, Ishwardi Police Station OC Asaduzzaman Asad, Inspector (Investigation) Orbinda Sarker, Special Brunch Inspector Mobarak Parvej and others were present at the program.
ASP FirozKabir said “This program will be continued till the second wave of COVID-19 is over”
Inspector OrbindaSarker said that police in the area are trying to inform people about maintaining health rules in the coronavirus period to stay healthy and risk-free.
