Popular actor of small screen Irfan Sajjad and actress Chamak starrer new drama titled ‘English Rana’ soon to air on RTV, directed by Nayan based on the story of Mehdi Hasan Rana.
In the drama Irfan will be seen playing the character where he is suffering from English speaking disease. He gets excited when no one speaks to him in English. The matter came to a standstill. The housemaid, the doorman, the tenant are very much involved in this activity. His English speaking style and words are both ridiculous. People started thinking he was crazy.
Apart from Irfan Sajjad, Chamak it also features M Shafi, Rocky Khan, Shikha Mau, Pamir and many more. The play is produced by RTV and shot by Mir Hannan. The chief assistant director was Shakib Mahmud Shaon. Edited and color by Saiful Haque, and the background scoreby Siju.
Recently, the shooting of the play has been completed in Uttara of the capital. According to the director, ‘English Rana’ will be aired on RTV soon.
