IPDC Finance Limited has been awarded the 'Bangladesh Business Awards' in the category of ‘Best Financial Institution of the Year'. This award has been given in recognition of its outstanding performance over the years and standing as the strongest and fastest non-banking financial institution of the country, said a press release. The ceremony was held at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden in the capital receently.
Prime Minister’s International Affairs Adviser Gowher Rizvi was present at the award ceremony as the chief guest. Apart from this, NR Narayana Murthy, Co-founder and Ex-Chairman of Infosys, a Global Software Consulting Company, spoke about India's IT industry as a keynote speaker. Managing Director and CEO of IPDC, Mominul Islam, received the award from the chief guest on behalf of IPDC Finance Ltd. DMD and Head of Business Finance, Rizwan Dawood Shams; DMD and Head of Retail Business, Md. Kyser Hamid; Head of Brand and Corporate Communications, Mahzabin Ferdous; and other senior officials from IPDC were present at the event.
