Kurry Accent brings the heritage of the Nawabs with the new food festival. Now foodies can enjoy the best of the heritage of Nawabi cuisine with ‘SWAAD KI VIRASAT- THE AWADHI FOOD FESTIVAL.’ The festival started on 13 September, 2019, will run for the next seven days. This mesmerizing fest features items crafted delicately by Begum Manzilat Fatima from India, the heir of Nawab Wazid Shah Ali (the last king of Awadh). She is known among the food connoisseurs as the one who introduced the “famous potatoes” in Kolkata biryani.

Begum Manzilat with her magical recipes passed on to her by family traditions is successfully exhibiting the gastronomic skills by presenting Khandani Awadhi cuisines. Avishek Sinha, Director of Accent Hospitality said, “We are offering signature Chef’s menus along with ala carte choices like Murgh Musallam, Chatpata Fish Handi Kebab, Malika Masoor Dal, Chicken Chaap, Shahi Halwa, Tehran Pulav and many other drool worthy dishes.
