Maintaining a balance between her silver screen and television commitments has always been a cakewalk for Indrani Halder. The seasoned actor who was last seen in ‘Borof’ earlier this year, is all set for her return to the television with yet another daily soap.
‘Maati’ director Leena Gangyopadhyay will be writing script of the serial where Indrinai is set to play the titular role. The versatile actor will be seen as a middle-aged woman who has often been ignored by her successful husband and children.
Among her upcoming silver screen projects, Indrani is playing a pivotal role in Rajesh Dutta and Ipshita Roy Sarkar’s next ‘Circus er Ghora’ which also stars Saheb Chatterjee, Paran Bandopadhyay, Dipankar De, Lily Chakraborty, Devlina Kumar, Gourab Chattopadhyay and others.
