On the island of Saint Martin, construction of any kind is strictly illegal. This includes court orders to maintain peace and order at Saint Martin’s Creed Primary School premises. But still an influential gang is defying the court order to illegally construct the structure on the site of Saint Martin’s Creed Primary School. Locals complain that the panel chairman of the local union is leading the construction of the building.
In addition, the panel chairman and the police said that the environment department will look into the matter after admitting the demolition. When the official of the Department of Environment was contacted about the matter, he did not receive the call.

All constructions on the island are illegal. Along with this, the administration is not taking any action to stop the construction of the establishment in violation of the separate instructions in the court.
The matter was reported to the police but the police did not stop the work. Akhtar Kamal, the panel chairman of Saint Martin's Union, is conducting the installation in person.
Claiming that the plaintiffs have no documents for the land claimed by the school, the panel chairman of Saint Martin's Union, Akhtar Kamal, admitted that the structure had been demolished. The court order has expired. People who are constructing the building are not related to him in any way.
In response to the question of how the construction is being done in St. Martin, the panel chairman said, "The administration will know the matter well."
